  • Application shall be used by the person who registered with us and we shall not have any agent or consultant who will help in operating our Application. We shall not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever happened to user by such Agents.

AM Ventures Private Limited grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access this Application for Your personal and non-commercial use.   • AM Ventures Private Limited is providing this Application to You only as a convenience to provide borrowers Information to the Lender.
  • AM Ventures Private Limited does NOT have access to your Login Credentials and/or Passwords and/or PIN.
  • AM Ventures Private Limited does not claim ownership of the content you provide and AM Ventures Private Limited will retain and use the same for providing the AVCV reports for the Lender. Your content including but not limited to KYC Verification which may include PAN, Adhar Card, Shop Act License, Udyog Adhar, status of Your Income Tax returns, etc.
  • In no event shall AM Ventures Private Limited be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, consequential or other damages including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information etc. that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content and functionality on this Application or any linked Application.
